Unusual shape, extreme and stretched profile, concept of a still intact design: these are the strengths of the new 50m 3 deck, designed by arch. Carlo Cafiero. Born in one go from a strong initial inspiration, it lets you know from the first glance like an imposing being but docile. Massive in the volume for its colour too, it’s notable for its compactness and composure which it seems to move with. Few frills, few concessions to surplus for a boat which each part is measured and made on purpose in. A length of 50 metres and beam 12.66 m, three decks beyond pilot house. Extreme pursued simplicity for the appearance hides a meticulous construction as seen from the hull in which a careful study has permitted to achieve a bulbous bow, synonymous of high speeds and performances, and unusual ship’s sides for a commode and without problems navigation. Few cuts for windows placed in mathematic way almost to do not want to interrupt the profile’s sinuosity. Two large white arms contrasting with the gray charcoal hull seems that they are designed to protected all boat: they start from the bow and rising little by little to hold the satellites up to arrive almost to aft. Two “wings” in coloured onionskin green polycarbonate leaned to the ship’s sides at aft protecting swimming pool that however let the possibility to see the surrounding. Two orange “pillows” on the ship’s sides hide two inflatable vessels each, and further answer to executive demands as such as in polyurethane and also act by fender, studio Cafiero’s innovation. And to finish wide white beach with stair at all beam that climbs to the main deck where we find a totally enclosed swimming pool surrounded by a wide sundress. 3 decks beyond pilot house are made uniform to the hull thanks to wide dark windows that cover almost totally the last deck leaving only lateral passages allowing to go from one side to the other of the boat and a bimini in onionskin black polycarbonate with cuts designed for plays of light. Measured management of the spaces allows wide usability and comfort of the external spaces and further liveableness of the internal spaces. On the main deck there are two living areas and a kitchen area. Under deck an other living area and a large and separate kitchen. The sleeping area is made up of 5 guest cabins, 3 independent cabins for the crew. The owner cabin is situated on the superior deck towards aft; the owner bed is suspended, swivel and attached to the ceiling, for a more amusing usability of the cabin. Garage at aft for water motor and two tenders. |
